In this policy, "we" refers to Joselito Insurance and "you" refers to the person who visits the site or sends us their information.

Information you give us. When you fill out the form: first name, last name, phone number, ZIP code, email address (optional), and the type of insurance you're interested in. We also keep a record of your consent to be contacted, with the date and time you gave it. If you later talk with our team, we may collect additional information needed to quote or manage your insurance.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of your visit, and the ad or link that brought you here (for example, UTM parameters from a TV, social media, or Google campaign). We use cookies and similar technologies for this (see section 6).

How to stop receiving communications:

• Texts: reply STOP to any message. You will receive a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help.

• Calls: ask our team during the call not to call you again, or contact us using the information in section 12.

If you opt out of marketing communications, we may still contact you about matters related to your policy or a request you have in progress.

5. Who we share your information with

• Insurance carriers: with the insurance companies we work with, when needed to quote, issue, or service your policy.

Your phone number and your consent to receive text messages are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
